Passionate Beauty Instructor Wanted! Join our team at Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center in Baltimore, MD, US. We are on a mission to inspire and empower young minds through our dynamic Afterschool Program. Key responsibilities include:

• Create engaging lesson plans for beauty-related topics to educate and inspire students.
• Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance for students to practice beauty techniques and skills.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Collaborate with the program team to enhance the overall educational experience for students in the after-school program.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in hair, makeup, and skincare.
• Knowledgeable in lesson planning for beauty-related subjects.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students in an afterschool program setting.
• US Work Authorization.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills for teaching beauty techniques.
