We are looking for a focused and dependable Remote Document Entry Operator to assist with organizing, digitizing, and entering various types of documents into our data systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input information from physical or digital documents into databases or online platforms
  

• Organize, name, and save digital files properly
  

• Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
  

• Ensure all data entries are completed by assigned deadlines
  

• Report any errors or inconsistencies to supervisors or managers
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Basic knowledge of computers and typing (minimum 35–40 WPM recommended)
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Comfortable using file-sharing tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive
  

• Experience with document scanning or PDF editing tools
