What You’ll Do:
- Start on the ground floor, gaining valuable skills and techniques to effectively promote our award-winning brands, products, and services to clients.
- Represent the company as the face of our brand in Costco warehouses and engaging with clients and generating qualified leads for our Sales Department.
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions, including both classroom and field training, to set you up for success.
- Build expertise in selling top-quality window and door products, as well as providing the best home remodeling experience in Madison.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values excellence and supports professional growth across departments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- First-Year Earnings: Earn $60k to $80k, even without prior experience.
- Compensation Structure: Base salary plus uncapped earning potential, allowing you to grow with your success.
- Career Development: Opportunities to advance from brand promotion to high-performance sales roles, with specialized training in Design and Energy expertise and expected earnings over 6 figures.
Position Details:
- Begin with training to become a Brand Promoter at field marketing events and Costco locations.
- Complete hands-on tasks in Make-Marketing, generating interest, and building brand presence.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPI benchmarks, with clear metrics to measure success.
- Attend regular training sessions in Sales and Marketing, followed by advanced training for transitioning into high-performance sales positions.
- Learn our proprietary sales system from the top sales professionals in the country
