Position Title: Facilities Manager Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

The Facilities Manager provides on-site support to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety of the program's physical infrastructure. The role supports workspace logistics, service coordination, and compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor facilities operations, service tickets, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for repairs and equipment servicing.
- Support space planning, facility access, and inventory control for office equipment.
- Implement facility safety, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Ensure facilities align with federal occupancy, safety, and security standards.
- Support coordination of office moves, furniture needs, and facility logistics.
Qualifications: - Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or building operations.
- 3+ years of experience supporting facility operations in a secure government setting.
- Strong organizational and vendor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA, federal facility standards, and building safety compliance.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
