Job Description:
+ Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers
+ Educate customers on company's services
+ Build and maintain customer relationships
+ Negotiate pricing for customers
+ Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team
+ Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions
Main Position Details:
Start: 5/27 or 6/02
Pay: $18/hr - $24/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Plymouth, MN
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6+ months of call center experience
+ 6+ months of MS outlook experience
+ 6+ months of sales experience in any industry
+ Prior experience making outbound calls is preferred
+ Bilingual in any language is a nice to have
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
