Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and execute a broad range of Human Resources functions with a focus on organizational development, training and development, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisitions and onboarding, and compensation and benefits. This is an exempt position and reports to the CFO. It is based out of our Redmond, WA headquarters and is a fully in-office role. Our office is open from 6am-5pm; team members have flexibility with their daily work schedule, based on their needs and the needs of their team and the work.

Qualifications
The role requires 10+ years of HR related experience, a bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field and knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations. PHR or SPHR; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
Additional qualifications for this role include experience with HRIS and ATS software as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Base Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000 per year
