Whether you're an experienced agent looking for leverage and leads or newer to the business but ready to dive in full-time, this is your chance to align with a high-performance team that values your time and your talent. This is a hybrid role. You will have the opportunity to support the teams with showings, inspections, open houses, etc. You will receive Top-Notch support and will be given a step-by-step plan so you know exactly what to do daily. Your information will be 100% confidential! Responsibilities: • Assist seasoned agents in the office by showing homes to buyer clients • Schedule and organize buyer tours • Meet with buyers to view and tour properties • Prospecting for new business development in the office when not showing homes • Development and training to become a full-time experienced agent • Follow up on showings with feedback and detailed information • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients • Convert buyer leads to buyer consultation appointments • Obtain buyer client signatures on buyer agency agreements • Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender • Prospect for buyer leads • Overcome buyer objections Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients • Organized and with great attention to detail • Flexibility as it relates to buyer schedules and needs • Self-motivated and a fast learner • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Must have a Real Estate license About Company: Our team partners and combined culture are paramount in all that we do.
