We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to maintaining a secure environment through proactive measures and effective conflict management.

1st and 2nd Shift openings. Must have valid unarmed license weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts accurately and timely.

• Qualifications
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet all legal requirements for armed security personnel.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration.
