The Role
We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves the hunt, lives for meaningful conversations, and is eager to watch their efforts drive company growth. In this role, you'll connect with prospects, uncover their pain points, and set high-quality demos for our sales team. If you're an ambitious go-getter with sights set on becoming a full-cycle Sales Representative (SR) within a year , ProValet.io is the place to accelerate your sales career.

This fully remote position offers mentorship, hands-on experience, and a clear pathway to full-time salaried position upon close of funding.

What You'll Do

  • Outbound prospecting : Identify, upload to CRM, enrich leads, engage, and qualify prospects through hunting, strategic cold calls, emails, and leads outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls : Connect with potential clients, ask the right questions, and uncover their challenges to create excitement for ProValet.io.
  • Set Demos : Schedule high-value demos for our team and ensure prospects are prepped and excited to learn more.
  • Master the follow-up game : Build and nurture relationships through consistent, personalized outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing : Work closely with the team to refine messaging, share insights, and improve prospecting strategies.
  • Track your success : Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Learn and grow : Leverage mentorship and training to sharpen your skills and prepare for a full-cycle sales role.

Compensation Range: 100% Commission (uncapped). This role is designed for driven closers who thrive on results, not safety nets. If you're seeking a base salary, this position isn't for you. But if you're motivated to build, win, and directly impact the company's growth, this is your chance. The goal: help fuel funding within 6 months—paving the way to salaried, full-time positions for top performers.
