Role Overview:

As Warehouse Manager , you will oversee all daily operations of the warehouse and materials flow for both our Residential New Construction and Commercial HVAC departments. This includes managing inventory, leading a warehouse team, ensuring timely equipment staging, and collaborating with vendors and department leads to keep projects moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order equipment and supplies for the RNC and Commercial departments.
• Strong leadership skills to manage warehouse employees and ensure timely, high-quality task completion.
• Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Review schedules and confirm all required material lists are submitted.
• Report job material issues and shortages to Foremen.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard.
• Notify managers of stock shortages.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Return and restock unused materials from field crews.
• Support department foremen with job completion needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (Service Titan).
• Able to lead a safe, efficient, team-first work environment.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration across departments.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL highly preferred.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a background check (including driving record).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (R&R is a drug-free workplace).

Salary Description: $26-$36/Hourly DOE

R&R Heating and A/C provides Spokane and the surrounding areas with professional HVAC services. We offer a wide range of services including Commerical and Residential installation as well as service and maintenance for all customers.
